Profile, Pro, and settings.
Profile photo
Add a profile photo from the Settings page (click your name in the sidebar). Your photo shows up in the presence bar when you're collaborating, in comments you leave, and on your public pages if you choose to show the author.
You can crop and adjust your photo directly in cDox. If you don't add a photo, your initials will be displayed instead with a background color.
cDox Pro
cDox Pro gives you more of everything:
- More storage for your documents and images
- Unlimited public links (instead of 3 on the free plan)
- Image uploads in your pages
Two pricing options: $8 per month or $70 per year (CAD). The annual plan saves you $26 compared to monthly.
Upgrade to Pro to support an open, private web. Your subscription directly funds cDox development — no investors, no ads.
Cancelling
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. There's no contract, no cancellation fee, and no questions asked. You keep Pro benefits until the end of your current billing period.
To cancel, go to Settings (click your name in the sidebar) and you'll find the cancellation option there. If you need help or have questions about billing, get in touch. We respond quickly and we're always happy to help.
If you cancel and change your mind later, you can always resubscribe. Your documents and data are never deleted.
Language
cDox is available in English and French. You can change the language at any time in settings. The entire interface switches immediately.
