Collaboration
Work on pages together with collaborators.
Inviting collaborators
Open a page in the editor and click the collaboration button. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite. They'll receive an email with a link to access the document. The person you invite will need a cDox account to accept the invitation.
Collaborators can view and edit the document. There are no permission levels — all collaborators have full read and write access.
Collaboration works for pages, not sheets. The number of collaborators is limited based on your plan.
Real-time presence
When other collaborators are online and viewing the same document, you'll see a small floating bar in the bottom-right corner with their avatars (or initials) and names. It's a simple way to know who's online right now without being intrusive.
Comments
Select text in a page and click the comment button in the toolbar to add a comment. The commented text gets a dotted underline and an icon appears in the left margin.
You can resolve a comment when the discussion is done, edit it if you need to change something, or delete it entirely. Resolved comments disappear from view but remain in the history.
Comments are a great way to give feedback on a draft. Rather than editing someone's text directly, leave a comment with your suggestion.
